Founder & CEO
Mick is a highly experienced professional with a distinguished background in the Military, Police, UN, Special Operations Forces and helicopter Search and Rescue. He's currently the Head of Training for the Irish Coast Guard Helicopter Search and Rescue and a Pilot. Mick held two Sailing World records, Sailing Wold Championship and hold 3 Military Medals from serving with the Irish Air Corps.
Hobbies: Kit Surfing, Foiling, Yacht Racing, Motorbikes, Golf, Padel.
Nicola Williams
Head of Growth
Nicola has extensive experience in Sales, Banking, and Acquisitions. As a Director, she has overseen the company's growth, building a strong team to enhance their reputation as Dublin's premier property agents.
Paul Kelly
Creative Director
Paul is an award-winning creative director and lead designer who has delivered high-impact work for major global brands. With a deep background in consumer goods, brand strategy, and marketing, he combines sharp strategic thinking with standout design. His work consistently elevates brands and drives measurable commercial results.
Gary Robertson
Medical Director
Gary is a multi-regional career paramedic working across ambulance, search and rescue and expedition sectors. He has provided medical care on 6 continents, and continues to fly with the Irish Coast Guard Helicopter Search and Rescue service. His consultancy work ranges from assisting Syria Civil Defence (the white helmets) in rescue operations, to expedition filmography and provision of direct clinical care in remote settings. He has represented Ireland in multi-sport endurance racing.
Gary is a recipient of the Billy Deacon SAR memorial trophy for his part in a 2016 ocean rescue
